At a virtual event on Tuesday at the International Institute for Strategic Studies, Bangladeshi foreign affairs advisor Gowher Rizvi asserted that Bangladesh was “not going to choose” between China and India. Bangladesh is part of China’s Belt and Road Initiative, but maintains close ties with India as its neighbor.
