Interpol has canceled the red notice for Idris Hasan (Yidiresi Aishan), after Morocco detained him and started extradition proceedings, leading to Beijing being accused of misusing the Interpol system to repatriate overseas dissidents. An Interpol spokesman declined to provide more information on why the notice was cancelled and China’s public security ministry has not responded to questions.
