SCMP: China’s Belt and Road projects face climate change challenges

Many of China’s Belt and Road Initiative projects are located in areas projected to be highly affected by climate change. Examples include its deep seaport in Gwadar, Pakistan and the Maputo-Katembe bridge in Mozambique.
