Reuters: S&P Dow Jones says Xiaomi eligible for index inclusion after investment ban win

After a federal judge ruled that Chinese smartphone company Xiaomi had to be removed from a U.S. investment ban list, the S&P Dow Jones Indices announced on Monday that it could be included on indices. Since Xiaomi won its legal battle, other Chinese companies have sued to be removed from the list.
