Reuters: Hong Kong police arrest four under new security law in move slammed by rights group

Hong Kong police arrested four people between the ages of 16-21 for alleged violations of its new National Security Law. A police spokesman said the four people were involved in an online group dedicated to the independence of Hong Kong. These are the first arrests outside of protests connected to the contentious new law. All four people arrested were students. According to online reports, one of the four arrested was Tony Chung, a prominent leader of protest group Studentlocalism.
