Economic Times – China has annexed 150 hectares of Nepal: Report

Nepalese opposition lawmakers of the Nepali Congress Party are claiming that China seized 150 hectares of Nepalese territory. Allegedly, members of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) crossed the border into Nepal’s Lima Valley and Hilsa, in the Humla district, where they moved several stone pillars that marked the boundary further back into Nepal before constructing military facilities. Both Beijing and the ruling government in Kathmandu have denied this took place.
